Saturday and Sunday the Flint Symphony Brass will be performing at the UAW Festival at the Flint Cultural Center.

If you don’t have any Labor Day weekend plans yet, the UAW and the Flint Cultural Center have a deal for you:

Free fun.

That’s the cost for a slew of events taking place at the Cultural Center and around Flint this weekend.

Four days of happenings are wrapped around the theme “Ordinary People Changing the World,” officials noted.

We’ll be playing several short “mini-concerts” interspersed with performances by other groups. The festival is taking place throughout the Cultural Center campus, but our performances will be in the Macarthur room in the Flint Institute of Music building.
