| In June of 2005, Lynne and I traveled to Bangkok, Thailand to attend the International Trumpet Guild's annual conference. For more information about the trumpet conference click here. This album will focus on the fun, non-trumpet things we did while we were there. There is no quick and easy way to get to Bangkok from Detroit. Our trip began on June 15th at 3:20pm with a loooong flight from Detroit to Bangkok via Tokyo. The flight took about 22 hours, and we arrived very late Thursday night. The picture above is basically our first look at Bangkok. |
